INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4+1tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 to 8 ounces of frozen or fresh blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add vegetable oil and egg.Add milk and vanilla extract until combined. Add blueberries and gently spoon the blueberries into the batter.
